I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Afsha Shaikh this rainy seasson when we contacted her for nutrition and weight loss counseling. Throughout my lifetime, I have tried many different ways to lose weight and have always failed. With Afsha program I learned how to understand the food I eat and how my body works with this food. Afsha did not restrict my eating habits but showed me how to read labels and introduce healthier things into my diet. Afsha taught me which foods encourage a healthier lifestyle and healthier living. Afsha also showed me how to increase my exercise so that my body would work more efficiently towards my goal. Through Afsha program I stopped thinking about weight loss and began thinking that I was learning to change my life.
To date, I am pleased to say that I have 9 kg lost weight in 4 months and continue to lose more. I truly do not believe I would have learned everything I did and feel so good about reaching my goals without Afsha and her program. Afsha is the utmost professional yet she has a touching compassion and dedication to her clients. I am thrilled to be able to say that I worked with her.

My experience was good with Dr Afsha Shaikh... For result it took time but at the end of my diet journey I received the results....
As she understands what one wants to say.... Her diets are hard sometimes... But one should have that guts to follow it.... As what she says it's for us good only...

I had enrolled for 3 months program and I can say it was great as I have lost up to 8kgs and did not feel very restricted while dieting. I had some indulgences too. We tried various diet patterns so it was not monotonous but also good learning. Afsha helped me understand how to choose and eat healthy while you are socialising, going for dinners and picnic and still not put on too much. She understands your needs with food and likes, dislikes. Overall a fulfilling experience.
