This was my first visit with Dr. Sonam Ramrakhiani, and the experience was good. I learned about my acne treatment plan and found the staff friendly. I'm hopeful about the results.

I was very happy with Doctor as she friendliness, Explanation of the health issue, Skin Treatment satisfaction,,,,,

Dr.Sonam is really very good dermatologist. I am totally confused about my skin problem but She understands my problem & concerns thoroughly then examine the problem very well as i feel very good.she gives proper guidance for meal and medicine.Also one important thing I noticed you can buy all medicine at her clinic only so you need not to worry to rush for any other medical shops.

I visited docter for my acne issue due to PCOD, she explained everything n detail & prepared me what to expect out of treatment. She gave me a hope that my skin can get back to normal. Due to pandemic situation I couldn't followup regularly but today I do have pimple free face.

I visited tvacha but wasn't Satisfied at all .

She s extremely polite n patient.

Today I have no acne issue.

This was my first visit to the doctor for hair treatment yesterday i.e. 04.07.2016 was waiting for the doctor since 7:30 pm till 8:50 pm. Her assistance in between assured that doctor will surely visit, she is on the way. After another 30 - 25 mts passed by we requested the assistant to check where has doctor reached as it is time to close the clinic. At 8:55 pm doctor cancelled the visit and requested to visit next day. Highly unprofessional behavior to keep patient waiting for 2 hrs and then cancel the visit at the end.

She doesn't keep up with the appointment time

During followup she was busy with photo shoot and keep patients waiting

Doesn't value patients time

She underestimate patients patience and tries to cover up if you give her negative feedback.

Sharing my experience in detail-

Spent Rs. 8K in first visit. And again during 2nd visit she made me wait more than an hr due to Photo shoot for 5mins consultation. When I ask wouldn't she consider to give concession as every visit costed me my time. She said it doesnt work like that and it's UNACCEPTABLE that I am asking her to consider.

Never experienced such treatment from any doctor.

I see in Practo it's 5 rating that's why I wanted to share my story.

My Mom visited this doctor for skin treatment in month of March. Doctor diagnosed that she is suffering from scabies and treated with scabies medicine ******* *** ****** *** ******* ******* ***** Doctor gave her medicine and body lotion ( moisturizer) from her clinic. ********* *** ** ** *** **** ** *** *** *** ********* **** ******** So she didn't bother to open the moisturizer bottle. She thought of returning it back to clinic but clinic was always closed bcoz timing mentioned on their prescription was wrong. More than 4 times she became back. Finally in the month of May when the clinic was open and we tried to return the bottle the assistant out there told the seal was open whereas the seal was intact. Later she denied to accept saying we have stopped this product. This really bad that clinic supply the product of high rates and don't accept it back. I was battling a lot of acne scars and open pores but with the correct treatment recommended by Dr. Sonam,I have now got the result more than my expectations and now my face glows ..Extremely happy with my skin treatment result..And the doctor is lovely and helpful..:)

I had gone for a Signature Medical facial .. treatment was done with utmost patience & the products used we're very soothing. Final outcome of the facial was really refreshing & was able to readily see the change on my face. Thus making it one of my favorite ones and it's just apt for the weather. Thank you so much Dr.

Dr Sonam was patient and supportive enough to treat and guide me with the right treatment.
