Dr. Mrs. Kalyani Kelkar

Dr. Kalyani Kelkar completed her graduation from R.A. Podar Ayurvedic Medical College, Worli, Mumbai in 1990, with the second rank in surgery. She completed her certificate course in Yoga from Ghantali Mitra Mandal, Thane in 1996.She completed her PG Diploma in Emergency Medicine from PD Hinduja Hospital, Mumbai with distinction in 2007.She completed her training in Sexuality Education SECRT in 1998.She represented India in the international workshop at Dhaka (Bangladesh) on “improving effectiveness, quality of service & sustainability in a reproductive health program in 1998.She was also trained in adolescent reproductive health in 2005.She completed a training program in "cytological detection of reproductive tract infections in female genital tract" - conducted by Institute for Research in Reproduction, Parel, Mumbai in 1999.She is working with FPA India at their Bhiwandi Hospital as Medical Officer- in-Charge for last 19 years.Her special interest is in infertility management and ayurvedic management of gynec disorders, hormonal disorders in adolescent girls.
