Ms. Kavita Krishnamoorthy (Physiotherapist)

I started seeing Dr Kavita from the 15th week of my pregnancy (as soon as the gynaec gave me a go ahead) and I have been taking fitness sessions with her through my pregnancy and postnatal. Through a individualised combination of pilates, resistance exercises and yoga, she helped me build core, upper back, lower back, pelvic and lower body strength and flexibility... all of which helped me a lot to carry my changing body well without any aches and pains (symptoms normally associated with a pregnancy). She also worked with me on labour and delivery breathing and exercises during the last month, all of which prepared me well. Her friendly demeanour, her ************ *** experienced hands and her ability to keep you motivated without being pushy are highly valuable skills one looks for in a physiotherapist.

In October 2018 I suffered from Tibia Fracture, after 4 month from operation plaster got removed, after the plaster got removed i eanble walk properly even there was ankels stiffness and limping as well.

My cousin suggest me the Dr. Kavita ( some time I call her Dr.KK) for physiotherapy.

She treated me around 1 month..

After the completion of physiotherapy session I walk properly there was no limping and no ankel stiffness in my leg, and now I am doing gym as well.

She did amazing treatment, she listen properly about the problems and after that she started the treatment.

She is very dedicated person.

I had pain in wrist which would restrict me from lifting anything or even holding lighter objects. I got Dr Kavita's reference from my parents and I contacted her. It was just two sessions and my wrist was doing fine. The exercises and other measures she suggested had a good impact on my wrist. I was back to normal within a week.

Dr Kavita treated me not like a daughter. She was hardly absent during the scheduled sessions. She would explain to me the exercises then its effect on my body. It was nice to have an youngster being so friendly and matured to understand my problems. A couple of times I was late for my therapy sessions but she accommodated me without loss of time. She was always cheerful and never looked stressed. I wish her all the best

Last year I faced a problem of Plantar Fascitis due to long distance running. I approached an orthopedic and he advised me to go through a physio treatment. I never done any physio treatment before and approached Dr Kavita in Bethny. The way she guided me with daily exercises , helped to recover from my long bearing pain in few days. She is very dedicated with her work and I sincerely thank her and recommend to visit for any physio treatment.

Dr Kavita gives personal attention to her patients. She explains the importance of each exercise and therapy in a way patients will understand. She ensure patients are following her instructions . Due to her treatment, I have experienced great relief and could improve my strength in leg post ankle bone surgery. I regained confidence of doing physical activities like running.

She is very punctual . Her diagnosis of the problem was good. Exercises that she recommended really helped in speeding up the recovery. Her method of explains things is really good - just makes it easy to understand. Overall experience in dealing with her was very good. She is also a pleasing personality.

My granny had lower back n leg pain. She was treated very well. 15 visits made all the difference. She could walk with ease. After that Doc Kavita also recommended home exercises which she could do very easily on her own. Overall experience was excellent.
