2. Informed the doctor 5 mins b4 the promised video call timing about the patient via chat to which he never responded.
3. Initiated video call by doctor which never happened.
4. Finally chose to call the doctor but he said only one thing that he would first check the patient and then only would be able to diagnose him. However, she very rudely told me not to speak and even asked me to get out of the room. After that, when my mom came outside, she had tears in her eyes, having faced the most horrifying experience with this lady
