I consulted Dr. Archana Sylendran on 13th May, 2026 when I had a third bout of vertigo within a span of 6 months. She patiently heard me how it all started and what did I do. When told that I was doing an exercise based on a doctor’ advice, she asked me not to do that alone, but only with the active help of an ENT specialist.
