I would like to express thank & apreaciation to all the hospital staff for excellent service & support .

As a patient I felt very safe secure and comfortable in your hospital. I am happy with the services provided by the nurses and support staff for consistent treatment.

The doctor Naik and nurses who treated me offered an excellent delivery. I felt a part of the decision making process. Answer to any questions I had were given in the term I could comprehend. Dr Naik’s visits were at consistent time of the day. And nurses came promptly and regularly to monitor all aspects of my medical needs. If they weren’t prompt, due to the events happening elsewhere on the floor I received an apology and their undivided attention upon arrival.

In addition, I was very impressed with the dignity and respect the nurses and staff extended to the elderly patients regardless of the circumstances they encountered.

Kindness and professional treatment also came through with the early-morning lab technicians, food delivery staff, volunteers, cleaning staff and all

Other staff.

I appreciate the way in which doctor Naik & his team have the knowledge and power to make the feeling of security in the patients. With this fear of disease ran away and I feel very secure and comfortable.

On the morning of 6th March, I admitted my father, Mr. Prakash Matondkar, aged 68 years, in Jupiter hospital, under emergency hospitalization as he was experiencing excruciating pain in his abdominal region. On recommendation of our family doctor, we admitted him under Dr Priyesh Naik. Our overall experience with the doctor was simply amazing. Right from our first interaction with him, we found the doctor very friendly and approachable. The doctor gave us a complete and clear picture of the entire diagnosis by taking the pain of explaining every single diagnostic report to us. My father was diagnosed with jaundice and acute complicated cholecystitis. Right from the very beginning, the doctor explained his complete line of treatment to us which gave us complete confidence to trust him and follow his guidance. Along with treatment for the liver infection, the doctor also performed a complicated laparoscopic cholecystectomy after bringing the liver infection into control. The hospital stay was totally of 8 days and every single day, Dr. Naik was available for resolving all our queries and concerns regarding the treatment, diet, surgery, post operative care. He always explained everything in a very calm and detailed manner without even once losing his composure. He took utmost care to prepare the patient mentally for the surgery and the recovery as well. I will always definitely recommend everyone to avail his services and I am eternally grateful to Dr. Naik for handling my father's case with so much care and patience. Dr Manasi gore was my Gynaecologist for my first baby between August 2019 to May 2020. We were not her patient for initial first month of pregnancy yet she replied us with solutions on queries we raised post NT scan and double marker tests on WhatsApp at 11.40 pm. That's how we got trust on her and realized she is available always and went ahead with her. She has always been available to us over phone and WhatsApp apart from the routine checkups.

Doctor is very flexible with letting patients choose their Hospital for delivery. So we were very relaxed and choose hospital at our convenience.

She is extremely talented,jolly in nature , knows best of her profession yet very down to earth, easily approachable and has unique skill of making perfect decisions at right time to avoid any complications.

She calls every patient with a loving tone it really calmed me down.

She is a professional doctor yet very kind hearted to her patients and treats them as their own.

Most importantly she gets very excited while checking your baby and that can comfort any mom. In my case , her excitement to check my baby brought a smile on my face . It assured me that she is equally excited to bring my child in this world and that relaxed me alot too.My baby always shown movements when we visited her for check ups 😍.

She was working hard inspite of the covid pandemic. There was no day she kept her availability off due to this crisis. She offered a safe delivery for my baby in Covid Situation. She too highest covid 19 safety precaution at Jupiter and all her other Hospital .

I could bring my baby in this world only because of Dr Gore madam.

I delivered my baby in my 39 week 6 day under Dr gore madam and she made sure my entire delivery session was full with calmness ,jolly atmosphere. She holded my hand and said it will be all good and that relieved me in this pandemic situation.

Post my baby was born, for breast feeding she encouraged me alot and it helped me and my baby on the new journey .

Madam is one of the best Gynaecologist you can choose for your Pregnancy .

I will recommend Dr Dhanashri strongly.My story was three years back when I visited my daughter twenty six year old to Dr for fever since nine days.Dr Dhanashri examined thoroughly and from our previous tests was confident to tell us that my daughter needs quick treatment , either tb or some form of cancer.At this pont we were taken aback , just for fever we had gone.But we admitted her.Dr Dhanashri carried out only necessary tests and diagnosed my daughter with low grade starting lypmhoma.It is very rare at this age, but we took many opinions and thrn started her tretment .Dr Dhanashri guided us to the right doctor .After three years my daughter has received a new life all thanks to Dr who diagnosed her so quickly , and directed us to the right superspecialist.Throyghout our tretment she has been a pillar of strenth to out daughter and she also supported us medically.

Dr Dhanashri is a great doctor physician and above all a great human being.She is an asset to Jupiter hospital.Our family will remain indebted to her forever.
