My father Mr. Keshav Madnani is under his treatment. Doctor is human sent by God on earth. The neurosurgeon and anesthist are also excellent who operatedon my father. Also, sisters and support staff including liftman and gate keeper r polite. Lot of positive vibes in hospital. My papa has got new life becoz of this hospital. Will never forget. 4. They are charging for ventilator monitor Rs 500 and Rs 5000 for Vantilator on daily Bassis.

My dad was admitted in critic are on 24th Dec 2023. Still he is in unconscious status continuously Rathi & there doctors ask to take your patient at home and take care at home after clearing all the bill after approx 42 days later.

I am mrs.Shalini Farde had complaints of confused state and headache so I went to Dr.Santosh Rathi criticare hospital Thane West. He investigated me and started treatment for my complaints.gradually my symptoms releaved and I have been diagnosed as meningotuberculosis. Now after completing one and half years of treatment I am completely fine.

We had the best experience as doctor santosh rathi is very helpful and cooperative. I had sensory motor paraparesis and had difficulty in walking. i was admitted on

06/08/2022 and diagnosed as Potts Spine then had undergone surgery by Dr hrushikesh on 10/08/2022 and after fifteen days i

was discharged and now I have recovered after taking medication and able to walkwalk without support.

I will never recommend this doctor to anyone. Yesterday I visited once I get enter in consulting room he not even ask to sit and he is not even in a mood to listen.my mom when she explain the problem. Doctor is saying why it is happen. Bhai Doctor aap ho ki patient. So finally he write a best line test karna padega.. when I refused to do test .beacuse I don't have sufficient amount of bucks.All people reaction suddenly get changed. He even not ready to listen. My problem. Than finally doctor is saying OK JAO....... Such a bad experience of my life.

1:30pm appointment I reserved for check-up but doctor keep long waiting for the patients those who are come for the same. I entered in the doctor cabin at 4pm means I have been waited for 3hrs. It's longer as compared to other hospitals and clinics which I normally do visit for my routine check-up.

I went for treatment twice but doctor told for my problem medicine is not made yet. Now it almost 10 years, again I will go & check if medicine is made.
