My Dad has Parkinson and Alzermer, we had been recommended by our regular hospital Dr. to visit Dr. Rakesh Singh and another Dr. on the floor downstairs for eye checkup, as Dad eyesight had got drastically lost. I stay at Malad, and My Parents at Thane close to this hospital. I visited the eye specialist Dr. She wasn't available, but she came after her staff informed her about dad condition. I went to Dr. Rakesh Singh clinic to check if it's possible to meet him today or to take appointment. It came to me as surprise, even after requesting his front desk seriousness of my father health ,he didn't give me appointment for next day nor day later...the rule was I have to call next day and then he shall confirm. I requested him...I here in front of him , why was it difficult to check the diary and confirm. My parents were in distress and they couldn't be able to make call . I am working and need to make arrangements so they can visit the clinic...but the reception guy didn't here ..this kind of rules are not patient friendly and we are still unable to visit Dr. RAKESH SINGH...if any of his patient reading this...pls inform him to be bit generous.
He has a templated approach to doing things. * ****** ******* ***** ** *** **** *** ** ****** ****** *** his staff is worse. They are un co-operative and rude towards clients.
