Got my mom's Cataract surgery done at Ramakrishna Netralaya for both eyes. Dr. Nitin Deshpande was very helpful and guided us with complete details of what is going to happen, how and when . The staff at both Makhmali Branch as well as Manpada are very helpful, welcoming and smiling immediately putting one to ease as soon as you enter the clinic. Most importantly I liked the leaflets and info available at both clinics which gives lot of information in very simple manner. Consultants also further explain to you everything in detail. I would say you are in good hands at Ramakrishna Netralaya.

My wife underwent her cataract operation at Ramkrishna Netralaya last week which was performed by Dr Nitin Deshpande. Dr Nitin is an excellent doctor and an absolute professional. He is ever smiling, calm, composed and is a good listener. He guided us well through all stages of the operation. His staff at Ramkrishna Netralaya were really helpful, understanding and cooperative. The shuttle service from Saidhan hospital,Mulund to Ramkrishna Netralaya, Thane was convenient. Thanks a lot Dr Nitin and to his staff.

Nitin Deshpande doctor is simply great. *** ***** ***** *** ***** **** ***** ******* ********* ******* I have a small negative feedback for one of the lady assistant doctor. She was continuously on phone while we were inside and there were lot of waiting patients outside. Her chat on call definitely did not sound professional and that it was so urgent to entertain it in front of patients that were kept waiting inside her cabin. (Or even if it was so urgent then she should have kept it short and sweet but her tone and words definitely did not sound like a professional call) Just like patients have a rule of switching off their phones before entering the room I feel these assistant doctors should have the same rule. Otherwise or so, I am really happy with the treatment so far which we got from Nitin Deshpande doctor. Thank you so much 😊

The entire hospital staff was in a hurry to leave for home. I don't understand if it was my fault at the first place to book a slot at 8 pm. Icing on the cake was the meeting with doctor who just recitated the report and asked us to come tomorrow for getting the glasses prepared for my kid. It seemed he was not happy with the consultation fee and wanted to go for a bigger kill.. He didn't bother to explain how and why it happened.. Is there a possibility of getting the ailment fixed.. God saves from such doctors who are sitting there just to earn more n more money.. Won't recommend this doctor to anyone who's taking their kids for checkup..

I visited this hospital for LASIK eye surgery. They provided me excellent service. Entire procedure was explained to me detailed. Pre-Lasik eye check up was done. Surgery took hardly 15mins which was completely painless. *** *** * ** ************ *** ********* ****** ** ***** *******

Overall a good hospital with all required amenities and a team of highly experience and professional doctors.

I underwent lasik Eye surgery and it was performed by Dr. Prajakta Deshpande. I am very happy with the results, everything goes fine if you follow the doctors advise diligently. Dr. Nitin and Dr. Prajakta both are very polite and they have always cleared all my worries regarding the post-surgery issues (which are minimal with lasik). The waiting time is short too if you have an appointment. I keep recommending this doctor to all my colleagues and friends.

My experience with the doctor was really satisfactory. He prescribed my husband Mr. Jagdish Agarwal one eye drop for the dryness of eyes that also chemical free. Both my children were also very comfortable during the checkup. Children were really very happy as the fear for eye checkup was not there because they did not have a good experience at their previous ophthalmologist. On the contrary with doctor Nitin Despande things were very smooth because he treats the patient with such calmness and patience. Thank you so much.
