Just wanted to thank you for helping me shed the extra kilos that I have put on during this lockdown. Despite of the fact I have not been able to do physical activity/ exercises regularly; ever since I have been following your diet, I have not just lost 6 kgs but also inches. Your diet charts as per my daily routine were really easy to follow. I never felt deprived of anything. I would also like to thank you for breaking the myth that dieting was all about boiled food. Now I enjoy the food ( including pizza , pasta, sweets) I love with no guilt. And needless to say you are quick at responding to the doubts and queries. You are just too patient , calm and systematic in your approach.
