After paying for laser hair reduction, Dr. Natasha couldn’t be bothered to respond to any of my reports. Instead, she made me retake them, only for me to later discover a serious hormonal issue that rendered the entire treatment pointless. I got 0.01% results. This could have been avoided eight months ago, if she had seen my reports and had she been prompt. Sometimes I was told to send reports to the doctor directly and sometimes the therapist Reshma told me to send to her and not to the doctor, and it's like the 'he said, she said' moment all the time, and I got frustrated. Nobody took accountability. Nor Reshma, nor Dr Natasha, and the receptionist is good *** ******* ***** I remember the times, when the receptionist used to see me for the morning sessions and didn't bother for a glass of water, tea, forget food. Well. Hello? Wish she taught a few to the people around, it would have been a far better place. With me, her job was done. right? excellent experience ...! She started with very basic about the treatment starting with nutrition and diet...followed by medication and small procedure to remove blackheads. Her detailed oriented approach and allowing you to ask as may questions was superb.
