*Vast experience in field of Dietetics, Food & Nutrition consulting people on weight loss/gain, lifestyle diseases & diet related matters*Started career with Talwalkar's Fitness Club, Juhu going on to work with IDEA, Juhu and Moksh- the Wellness Centre.*Pursuing own consultancy for last 9 years.*Worked with various NGO’s and social organizations to spread the cause of healthy dietary habits.*Extensive contribution to articles in newspapers, magazines and also a part of various food related shows on TV channels.*With Mid Day, conceptualized & executed ‘’Who Dare Slim’’ contest which involved planning and monitoring diets of 10 contests on a daily basis for 3 months. The contest was a huge success and the contest format became a big hit later on satellite TV.*Contributed articles to Thane Plus, Times of India .My column ‘Perfect Fit’ on health, nutrition & diet related topics was a regular feature in the Sunday supplements for almost 2 years.*Successfully completed a project with Rotary Club & Police Commissioner of Thane which involved a series of lectures over a period of 1 year on nutrition & healthy eating habits related to stress. The project covered more than 3000 policemen across ranks.*For more than a year, conducted a weekly show in Marathi called ‘Don Ghas Sukhache’ on a Private TV channel in Thane.*Contributed Daily Diet tips to Red FM listeners in a month long activity.*Appeared on various television shows of Zee Marathi, ETV Marathi , Dordarshan and Saam Marathi as a Diet Expert showcasing recipes related to different aspects of health.
