I recently visited SRV Mamata Hospital for my mother’s ear treatment and consulted Dr. Kritika Gupta. She is highly professional, *************, and specialized in ENT care, and provided excellent consultation along with the right medication and guidance. Her kind, patient, and caring nature made us feel very comfortable throughout the consultation. My mother is now feeling much better, and we are truly grateful for the quality of treatment and care. The hospital is also very clean, well-maintained, and provides a positive patient experience.

The doctor explained everything clearly during the consultation. I had a good experience with Dr. Kritika Gupta. However, there was a problem with the clinic staff at reception not responding promptly in emergencies.

I was dissatisfied with the timing communication related to the doctor's operation schedule. The timing information was inaccurate and given late.

I do not recommend Dr. Kritika Gupta because she did not come to the hospital and I was left waiting there.
