I'd been facing lots of anxiety, being overweight since a long time. Due to low level of fitness earlier, it was difficult to keep up even with the daily chores sometimes. Dr. Heta's consultation was very timely and it helped me immensely. Following up on some fundamentally basic interventions prescribed by her in my daily schedule, I dramatically improved my fitness levels. It helped me to take control over my weight issues as well.

I had to run a marathon in 2 weeks or so, but happened to end up with some breathing troubles while running. So I consulted Dr. Heta regarding the same, for which she advised a few exercises which brought me quick relief in a week. I am thankful for her advice and happy to be able to run the marathon injury free.
