I have spent lot on therapy and doctors. I always kept thinking something is wrong with me. Also carried all my files to everyone. Helth anxiety was troubling me. I have visited only 3 times and my fear about health has reduced. I have not google my doubts etc from when I am see Mr Kamat. He has different style of working. I have already spent so much money on reports and tests. Also thought his charges were high but later felt that it was a right decision. Hope that anxiety reduces like this. I was facing issues where I couldn't stand the awkward moment of saying or doing what I really want. One of my friend suggested me to meet Guruprasad.
My first impression of him was dynamic and well spoken person. He asked my current and history problems. After which he suggested me to do some shame attacking exercises. I was totally afraid to do that in first time but he gave me confidence and asked to do exercises step by step. I am kind of person who never thought of doing those in my life before but I did because he guided me very well. After doing that I became very much open about my views, opinions. Mr.Kamat listens to the problems and Helps you sort them in a very persuasive way. Working in a stressful environment it was difficult for me to cope with my issues. He has a life coaching approach and not just problem oriented. Even if I had gone to him for anxiety . I am using techniques that are helping deal all emotional problems.
