Dr. Yogesh Vaidya

I was operated for TKR on 30/5/ 2023. By Dr Yogesh Vaidya. ** ** **** ****** ******* ** ***** **** *********** ******** He is very kind to the patient and explain the problm nicely. I was discharged on 3/6/2023. My surgery done by Dr yogesh without any pain and i could walk on 2 nd day of operation. After 15 days i am walking independently and also climb the staircase. Hospital is very clean, staff is very cooperative. I will recommend this hospital for any orthopedic problem to get best treatment in reasonable cost

He is being taking care of my granny's joint pains since last 6 months.Though had a bad experience today.Waiting for the Dr to arrive with a 85year old lady sitting along with me from almost 1hour30mins,with appointment booked well in advance 2/3days.

This is a disappointment.Lot of mismanagement at new Hospital Dr.Vaidya.Please look after this.

Dr. Yogesh Vaidya has done knee replacement of my mother. He has also treated her disk issue few years back. ** ** *** **** ********** ****** ** *****. In the era of commercialization you will rarely find a doctor who is so humble and will not call you again and again on the name of cyclic check up unless there is a need. Gem of a person. No need to vouch for his medical practice since its well known.

First of all, I would like to mention the behaviour of their Reception Staff and my appointment experience:

My appointment was delayed by 2 hours *** *** ****** *** *** **** ***** ** ***** ** ***** ****** **** ** *** ** ******* *** ** *** *******. * *** ********** **** but why can't you reception call and inform that to the patients* ***** **** ***** ***** *** ******* ******* *** **** **** ******* *** ******* **** ******* ******* ********** *** ********* *** ****** ** ** *** ************ ** ***** ** *********

After waiting for about 2 hours when I went to the receptionist asking when can I expect my turn, she for a moment forgot that I had reached the hospital 2 hr earlier and thought I also came just now like the other lady. SHE STARTED YELLING AT ME TOO, but later calmed down when I told her that I have been waiting for 2 hours now.

Now coming to the doctors visit, It lasted for less than 5 minutes. He was in a very hurry. He didn't ask for the X-rays which I had already taken didn't look at the history of treatments that I had already received. He did his ***** test for lower back and found no serious issues. But I was trying to tell him that I was having this pain for almost 6 months and there must be some other cause also while showing him previous treatments, reports. Barely glanced at them. I was asking him about possible causes and he ruled them out without satisfactory explanation.

After that, he prescribed PainKillers and Muscle Relaxants despite I told him that I had already taken those *** **** **** ***********. He also prescribed me PT and other supplements.

Again while exiting the receptionist insisted that I buy all the medicine from their adjoining PHARMACY ONLY.(which is again very unprofessional).

Only one pro: consultation fee is average, not very high but can add up really quickly considering Xrays and medicines.

So Overall my experience was bad due to the following reasons:

1. Very long wait time.

2.Unprofessoional Reception staff.

3. Consultation was rushed.

The doctor is very friendly and gives information related to the disease and the treatment. The doctor is also experienced and treats you like a family member. ** ** *** ** *** **** *********** ******* ** ***** *** I'm lucky to be treated by him. I'm thankful to him.

Poor Time Mgmt : My apmt with Dr Vaidya was at 10.30 AM today but waited for 1 hr, inspite of being present Dr Vaidya did not care about schedule. I also read the same review earlier abt him which proved correct that he does not respect patient's time.

Treatment: He did not pay attn to what I was briefing him about my problem nor he looked at X-Rays & reports. It seems he was in hurry. Before I could ask more he just ended the session abruptly.

He was not pleasant at all. I was disappointed with his approach, Noisy lobby

Would not advise this doctor

Staff was very helpful. My Father-in-law is blind. Staff gave him a support in very well manner.

Doctor was very friendly. He explained very well. Now my Father-in-law is ok

Good experience. Dr advised me and given enough time. Explained my problem in detail. Will surely make it for followup appointment .
