I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude and admiration for Dr. Yogesh Khandave who performed cataract surgery on my father, a diabetic patient and aged 71 years old. From the initial consultation to the post-oprative care, Dr. Yogesh sir and his team were exceptional in every way.

My father was diagnosed with cataracts and was experiencing significant vision loss. As a diabetic patient, we were concerned about the risks associated with surgery. However Dr. Yogesh sir took extra precautions to ensure my father's safety and well-being.

Dr. Yogesh sir explain the procedure, risks and benefits in a clear and concise manner, answering all questions and addressing our concern. He also worked closely with my father's primary care physician to ensure that his diabetes was well-managed throughout the surgery and recovery process.

At the aged of 71 years my father's surgery was a resounding success, and his vision has improved dramatically. The care and compassion shown by Dr. Yogesh sir and his team were outstanding. They made sure my father was comfortable and relaxed throughout the procedure.

We were impressed by the state -of -the art facilities and equipment used by Dr. Yogesh sir. The entire experience was seamless, and we felt confident in the expertise and professionalism of the doctor and his staff.

The doctor explained about the treatment very well and made us understand the problems that we were facing.

We visited Max Vision Advanced Eye Care for my mother's eye checkup. On the first day Dr. Yogesh carried out all the necessary investigations & recommended cataract surgery. He explained different packages of cataract surgery and probable post-surgery complications with their expenses openly without any hide and seek to avoid any ambiguity. Also, he suggested pre-surgery health checkups and instructed the precautions patients should take post-surgery and why they are necessary. Before surgery he said he would try to achieve the best vision and to our surprise post-surgery vision was so clear that she doesn't need specs. He motivated my mother to the level that surgery was carried out with yet most care without anesthesia. When we had her first cataract surgery at another hospital, it was hurried within 10-15 minutes causing impaired vision. This 2nd eye surgery went over 40 minutes with necessary calmness which I was able to clearly see from glass window. Dr. Yogesh is a very genuinely experienced professional in this field who loves his work and patients more than anything else.

When we entered his hospital for the first time, we were impressed with the cleanliness, hospitality, advanced test equipment’s and extremely hygienic OT. We found his staff very soft-spoken, humble, and professional at the same time. They will inform the medicines and eye drops schedule very clearly again and again to avoid any confusion. They will call you to book advance appointments, reminding you about the medicines and health checkups. They are available for your calls in case of any emergency, confusion or required guidance.

We felt like we were being treated at our own family hospital. We strongly recommend Dr. Yogesh for all your eye-related complaints. We are surely going to visit Max Vision again for my father’s eye checkup.

First of all I would like to thank all of you to be outstanding on each level of customer satisfaction that is expected out at each stage.

First of all thanks to the lady who picked up my phone in the early morning and listened to my concern for an urgent appointment for my eye checkup . I understand ot was to early to call but the issue was of concern to me. The lady was humble and polite and addressed my concern and asked me to come by 1000 am.

On entering the centre, they took my thermal temp and checked my oxy level , sanitised my hand and gave me a form to fill which was pre sanitised. Post completing the form it was again sanitised. I was indeed Impressed and this made me more comfortable that I am at a place where everyone takes their job with great importance.

As soon as I had the first contact with the Dr.Khandave he waved at me giving a sense of open to communication which most doctors lack. He asked me about my previous medical history with great concern and empathised to it. He gave clear details to what I am diagnosed with .We underwent diagnosis for my eye where each details were provided for why it is being done. He answered to my questions with patience and details.

The cashier was also very polite and santized my card after transaction.

The receptionist was also very delightful and warm called me in the morning to reconfirm my details and while in the centre I had by mistakely removed my mask and I was politely informed by her to wear it.

I would recommend it to all my friends and family.
