I started having dental issues after my first delivery. My first dentist did not guide me properly and extracted most of my teeth. I started to lose my confidence as I had lost many teeth. Thanks to Dr Veronica. She is very detailed and takes the time to explain every process, step by step, and provides great dental care. The caps and fillings are quite comfortable. Her care and concerns appeals me. I always recommend her name when my friends need some dental advice.

** ******** ** **** **** ************** 1 think in her that whenever the patient will came for treatment on that time...she will explained the problem which patients have n she trying to understand the patients problem.....n she is mixing each patient with talking while the treatment is going on...that patients doesn't come to know that treatment is going on..❤

I visited the Doctor or Dental Implant. Doctor explained me the various alternatives along with pros and cons of different options. The whole process went smoothly and the timings were adjusted based on my convenience. I was clearly explained the whole process and at no point of time faced any issue.

Dr Veronica Fernandes is very friendly and her way of treating the patient is very Good.

As informed earlier, doctor could not meet me since she was busy with some emergency. Since the appointment was not cancelled, I came to know about her absence only after I visited the clinic.

Subsequently, as my problem got solved on its own, on 2nd March, I tried calling the doctor on the number provided by Practo for refunding the fees paid to her in advance, but could not connect with her. I spoke to her assistant for refunding the fees, to which after consulting the doctor, she agreed and collected the required bank details for fund transfer. However, till now the amount has not been credited to my account.

Request Practo to please make a note of it and help me get back the amount.

Not happy, I quit treatment half way, I have never seen such tone of doctors to patience at any extend.

When I was having problem with broken braces she was on holiday and later phone switched off, she could not arrange relief to pain by coordinating with other options...But I have no complaint and managed days with pain, now on my next appointment I was 30 minutes late but in advance I left message to doctor information delay reaching but one I reached she start taunting without offering seat... Amazingly great..This is the welcoming patience!!!

I had been there for teeth whitening and I am happy with the result.she was very friendly and explained what were happening during the process. I was nervous at that point but she made me comfortable throughout the process of teeth whitening and answered every silly question being asked.

Dr. Veronica is really amiable. I remember how terrified I was while I knew I had to remove 4 wisdom tooth. But dr. Is so cool and empathised with my fear that I was really comfortable and confident for the extraction. I will recommend her strongly. You can blindly trust her. Also she is very quick in understanding your issue. The wait time is very little. I am always now happy visiting a dentist.

Dr Veronica explained me the importance of oral health and how to maintain healthy teeth. She went beyond and helped me with my mouth ulcers with the help another expert dental surgent She is a complete dr who cares about physical fitness as well as mental

emotional well-being of her patients.
