My mom was suffering from spine backpain, so we visit this doctor. He use to give pain killer and physio therapy ******* ******* *** ****** ***** **** ** ****** ** ********** We have visited 4 times in kelshikark OPD in Thane , *** ****** ***** *** **** ** ******** ** ****** ****** ***** *** **** ***** ********* ** ** *** **** ***** * ***** ** ****** *** ********** ********* ****** **** ********* **** **** ********* doctor is saying us go for MRI and in report it show Pott spine.****** **** **** ********* **** ** ***** ******* if we admit in hospital for 3 week she will be ok and will go home by walk don't worry.

My mother is suffering from Pott spine and this doctor is saying to do physio exercise she is not in condition to sit also. He insisted physio for mother to do exercise, ***** **** *** ********* **** ********** We admitted there almost 20 days *** ********** **** ********** Later he told us we have given medicine take her to home he will be fine.* **** *** ** ***** *** ***** ******** **** ***** * **** *** **** ***** ** *** *** **** ** ***** ** ******** *** **** ******

Also bill of 50 k which that hospital staff has given also not genuine. When I called then saying I'm not able to apply mediclaim because this bill is not genuine . Then staff told we forgot to give original bill . We visited again to take original bill. Don't know how this doctor and staff are.*** **** ***** **** ******** ** ***** ******** *** **** ** *** ********* **** ********* **** ** ** **** ** ****** *****

- Staff and Doctor do not care for patients Time. Time Management to be improved.

- Default waiting time is minimum 2 hrs.

- Doctor discuss with his staff, take his personal calls, and do multiple other activities *** *** ***** ** **** ******* ** ********** ***** *** ********** ******* ** **** *** ** **** *** ******* ******* **** ****** ** ** **** * medicine which he ll ask to purchase from medical store in same building
