My treatment at Dr Lad' s has been amazing. It has been smooth and happy. Dr Lad has been more than a doctor to me and my family. It was he and his team after all, who gave me a confident smile. I have known him for a long time because he and Dr Manisha have also treated my elder sister, who I am very sure has the same feelings about him. I am very thankful to the doctor and his team for adding a confident smile to my shy personality. We never had to worry about anything while our treatments, they were painless and went by smoothly. I think he is a very reliable doctor. The people who work in the clinic and Dr. Lad, somehow make the patients feel very comfortable with the place. The tense atmosphere of being at a doctor's clinic breaks in no time! All of these things make our experience as patients much better. He is the kind of doctor who you can really open up to, share your problems, while he comes up with solutions like you want them. I am very happy and satisfied with my treatment.

The problem is studied and then treatment accordingly is taken. Every detail is explained and gives a patient ear to everything we enquire and explains in detail.

This is the second time I have visited for my younger one. Earlier braces were put for the elder one and so I had absolute no doubt about searching for anyone as Dr. Sachin Lad had done a fine job earlier too.

Doctor explains clearly the line of treatment. Satisfied with the treatment. The automatic appointment mails from Practo probably are not being seen by anyone at the clinic. During my initial interactions I used to send mails to reschedule the appointment but never got a reply. I was surprised when doctor asked me why I did not inform his staff about my rescheduling.
