Dr. Rucha Joshi

I met Dr Rucha Joshi 17 years ago at IPH, Thane when all of my senses were affected. I was diagnosed with Schizophrenia by Dr Rucha Joshi. She spoke with empathy specially with my tensed parents and with complete patience with me even when I was denying acceptance of Illness. After few years of medications, I was recommended for ECT- I recovered around 70%. After that Rucha Joshi gave follow-up medications, I am fully functional now and now visit her online every 2 months gap. Dr Rucha Joshi has explained in an lay man's language which was quite easy to understand . And follow the medication willingly.

I liked it. Doctor was very nice. She made me feel comfortable. She understood my problem. I am satisfied.

Only solution given was medication , doctor was looking uninterested totally. It was a mental health consultation she took only 10 min and finished … I felt it was no value of money.

She is extremly understanding and non judgemental. Explained her diagnosis and formulated a treatment plan that can fit my needs and job. It is extremely helpful.
