Had a complicated problem of 3 broken screws inside the implants & hence a set of 3 crowns came out en bloc. Dr Pranoti clearly explained me that re-fixing involved retrieving of broken screws, a challenging task. With my consent, the Dr got in touch with my previous Doctor & obtained a set of screws to cutdown treatment cycle. In a single attempt she retrieved all 3 screws without damaging the Implants threads. Then with a settling time of 5 days, the crowns were restored in place with a set of new screws. The entire procedure was performed with utmost proficiency. Just in 2 sittings, spaced a week apart, she relieved me of my painful problem to my comfort and satisfaction.

The unassuming persona, cheerful disposition, her down-to-earth customer-centric approach, the professional confidence and the cool temperament with which the doctor performed the tricky procedure without hassles impressed me the most.
