My 9-month-old daughter had a fever of 104 degrees, and when we called for urgent guidance, the assistant not only refused to connect us to the doctor but also failed to give clear instructions. We were shuffled around with promises of appointments that kept changing, all while my daughter's health was deteriorating.Despite rushing through heavy rain to the clinic, we were told upon arrival that the doctor had already left. The assistant reluctantly called the doctor back, who begrudgingly agreed to return after 9 pm. By then, my daughter's fever was worsening due to the cold environment, so we made the difficult decision to return home without seeing the doctor.What shocked us most was that even after this ordeal, the doctor never bothered to check in with us, not even a phone call. **** ***** ********** ***** ** * ************ ******** *** * ******* ********* *** ******* *****I am deeply disappointed and distressed by this experience *** ***** ******** ****** ******* ******** **** ****** ** ****** **** ******** *******

Dr Pooja is always approachable. Patiently understand the issues and explains the cause and the remedy. My son is happy to visit Dr Pooja’s clinic even for vaccination as she is very friendly with kids and makes them comfortable. Thanks a lot Dr Pooja!

After speaking with the doctor half of my problems were gone and she not only prescribed what was to be done, she also gave me the confidence that my daughter will be recovered within a day or two.

As a first parent it was very difficult for us to see our child in so much pain. Irrespective of being told about the Colic problem we still wanted to go for second opinion for more clarity. Dr Pooja Sharma has been excellent for us, we saw her twice in a span of 10 days, first for general growth evaluation of our boy and then when he had issues with vomiting & diarrhea.
