During the course of an annual health check-up done after 2 years, was identified with a high HbA1c of 13.2%. On a regular google search for good doctors in and around the Thane region, was introduced to Dr. Manish Sachdev.My 1st visit to the Doctor was on 1st Feb, 2026 during which my weight was 86.28kgs. The doctor enquired on my food habits and general lifestyle to understand my condition better. Did inform him, I have never been prone to any medications until now. He advised me on certain lifestyle changes, especially food habits and also advised a set of medication including insulin, with follow-up visit in 2 weeks time. Was administered 2 vaccinations as well, namely Influvac for influenza & Prevenar (PCV 1).Post 2 weeks, based on my response to the medications and weight reduction to 83.4, he suggested discontinuing insulin with change in medication scheduled for 2 months, with a follow-up visit post 2 months.After 2 months, I visited the Doctor on 25th April 2026, wherein my HbA1c now reduced to 6.7%; and my weight reduced to 74.9kgs, a reduction of 11 kgs over a period of 83 days/ 3months.The doctor's patient hearing during each visit and analysing my parameters in the follow-up visits, coupled with self-discipline in lifestyle and food habits as suggested by the Doctor helped me in reversing the high blood sugar to more controlled levels.Would recommend and advise visiting Dr. Manish Sachdev. He exercises patience in hearing the patient and does not fast track patients to gain more visits/ foot-counts/ per-day-billings. Appointments are usually on a first-come first-serve basis, and in case there are scheduled follow-up visits on Saturday/ Sunday, the Dr. is available.Personally, I have gained much and improved my overall health based on the Doctors guided and measured advisories over the last 3 months. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The doctor explained everything clearly and was thorough during the consultation. Most aspects of the visit were very good, though the wait time was longer than expected despite having an appointment. Overall, the experience was positive.

The doctor was attentive and took time to understand my concerns, providing clear explanations. The overall consultation and clinic experience were good, and I would definitely recommend Dr. Manish Sachdev. The only drawback was that the consultation cost seemed a bit higher than other diabetes specialists.

My mom is suffering by diabetes almost for decade now but for last 2 years my mom's diabetes was not in control but post consultation with Doctor Manish my dad's diabetes is in control within 2 months. Best thing about Dr Manish is his kindness and smile.He ensure that proper consultation time is given to each patient and also maintain patient complete details which helps for proper follow ups.
