My first experience of visiting a Dental clinic during the pandemic was a pleasing one. I was worried and nervous about the precautions being taken but I was comforted by the.professional approach to ensuring hygiene and making sure the risk of catching the virus was totally minimised. The new ways of working means your temperature and oxygen is checked, using hand sanitizers, face mask, a disposable cap, feet covers and you feel as if you are going for a moon walk. But all of these were carried out efficiently by the Doctor’s staff and there was no discomfort. A huge relief. The treatment itself was excellent with a BIB covering and immediately after the treatment proper sanitisation and fogging of the equipment’s were carried out!

The pandemic has put a huge pressure especially on Dental clinics and their ways of working. The cost of operations also has gone up. But kudos to the Doctor and team for making the patient comfortable and relaxed and provide a safe environment for the treatment. Well done Doctor. Thank you.

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Laxmi Laxmanan. She was incredibly gentle and clearly explained every step of the root canal process, which put my mom at ease. The procedures were precise and virtually painless. Her skill and compassion truly made a difficult experience much better. Five stars well deserved.
