Happy with Explanation of the health issue, Treatment satisfaction

After visiting her first for getting throat infection treatment for myself, This is the second time I have visited Dr. Jyotsna Jagtap. I was suffering from severe throat infection and pain. Not did her find out the actual root cause of pain but also gave me immediate treatment for Tonsillitis. *** ********** ********** *** **** ********* *** relieved me of the severe pain I was going through from last 3days. I would highly recommend Dr. Jyotsna Jagtap for future. She is also very professional that adds to your confidence in your doctor. Would be glad to get any opportunity to thank her for doing her job at its best.

Very good experience as Dr has given a patient hearing of the problems detailed checking *** ****** ************ ** *** *********.Dr also explained what is the function of each medicine.

Despite taking the full course of medicines, there has been no relief. On the third day, I expected to feel some relief, but it hasn't improved. Furthermore, they increased the painkiller dosage. I recommend avoiding this clinic; there are many other ENT clinics in Thane.***** ** *** ***** *** ***** ********** *** *** **** ***** ** ****. ****** *** ********* **** ******* ********* ******* Additionally, the fee charged, Rs. 2000, is quite high. The clinic is very small, and for this amount, one could receive better treatment at a good hospital. Money doesn't matter as much as the quality of treatment. Moreover, the doctor did not respond to calls, possibly indicating an intention to charge a follow-up fee.\

I had consulted Dr. jyotsna joshi for my cough and cold at Currae. She advised for some test which I did and was supposed to consult after 5 days. But due to some reasons I had to go out of city and booked appointment after 10 days. It was told to me that consultation fee won't be charged for report showing. But when I went Currae hospital again started charging me 1500 rs as consultation. They in fact went inside to check with Dr Jyotsna and she also said that fee will be charged. We went with new born for ear piercing.Very nice experience. We took our all baby here as DOCTOR is very nice & friendly.She explained everything very nicely.

Overall experience was good.

Problem was well explained and was happy with the treatment provided.

Very very bad experience.. Dr advised she can chk distance of 3 feet. Dr not refer history of mine. I told my ear is blocked RE. Told me to put drop five days. Bad.Experience.. Am taking treatment for my ears from last 35 years. Doctor advice is good and upto the expectations but the Fees charged was higher then mentioned here on app

Doctor has really calm personality. She diagnosed my long term symptoms correctly and after taking the medicines prescribed by her, I felt much healthier and lively in less than 12hrs.
