Dr Das apart his treatment which was very effective rifgt on the day, is also a person who talks with his patients regarding their workfield as the therapy IMS was going on. I am a teacher and he was speaking about the students of today , how AI is incorporated within my teacher , the behavior and attitude of the present students and the students the years when I joined. So I didn't realize the pain of the treatment during that conversation.
Hoped for better: Treatment satisfaction
I brought my mother here for treatment for her back pain. She had previously undergone four treatment sessions with Dr. Akuskar, but as there was no significant improvement, she was referred to this clinic.
At this clinic, needle therapy was suggested as the first line of treatment, and a total of three sittings were conducted. The doctor did not listen properly to my concerns. When I tried to explain my problem, I did not feel heard or understood. I hope better attention and care will be given to patients in the future.
Dr. Chitaranjan Das is a great doctor and a genuine person. The staff were very good and the clinic environment was comfortable. The wait time was reasonable, and I felt the consultation was worth the money.
