Dr. Bharti Patel was very helpful and explained everything in a clear and nice way. The clinic environment was very good, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was helpful as well. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience.

I consulted Dr Patel for my skin concerns and I’m extremely satisfied with the results. The doctor took time to understand the issue, explained the treatment plan properly, and didn’t rush the consultation. Most importantly the treatment actually worked. Would definitely recommend.

The clinic environment was very good, but the doctor did not spend enough time or clearly explain my skin irritation. She only gave a prescription, and the medicines were quite costly.

It’s been a year that I got my CO2 fragmentation and laser hair removal of upper lip and chin done from Dr Bhakti Patel.I had to move out of Mumbai post few sittings and so had no choice but to discontinue her treatment unwillingly.**** **** ** **** * ******* ***** * **** ****** **** *** *** ** ** ************* ***** *** ******* *** ******* **** respect to treatment explanation.She is warm ,friendly and extremely sweet person.She is terribly busy but never rushes when a patient wants to see her .She will calmly listen to you and gives clients respect for the time and money they spend to come to her.This is her best quality.Her entire staff is trained under her guidance and is very courteous like her.She has given me so many suggestions personally on what’s app because I had other dermal issues.In her profession we rarely find people like her who are all there with right medical guidance for patients when needed even if on a whats app in case of emergency.I took out time to give her an elaborate feedback because I encountered extremely professional and non courteous doctor for my continued treatment in Pune which reminds me more of Dr Bhakti as a thoroughly polished Dermat.She should start conduct training Classes for Dermats who are all out just to extort money.Although Dr Bhakti’s treatment might sound expensive but it does show result (I had spots on cheeks and with 5 sittings there’s a huge difference). I once swiped my debit card twice due to fault in her clinics swipe machine and noticed it 2 months later .Same thing had happened in her clinic with a friend.But for both of us her husband who looks into finance addressed patiently to this glitch and helped us resolve it and we got back our money. So i had an appointment which was made through Practo Application for Saturday 7th November 2020, at 12 PM. I recieved a Call from clinic at 10 asking me to cancle the Appointment because of Doctor’s Inavailability. Later, i had an appointment for 6pm for the same day. And again at 5pm I recieved a call asking me to come by 6:30pm due to doctor Inavailability.

I there by reached The Clinic “Yesha Super Speciality Clinic” at 6:20 waiting for Doctor. Again there was delay in the Appointment and The doctor was still unavailable at the Moment.

Later, at 7 the Doctor arrived. Inspite being an appointment i was been checked by the doctor very late.

As my turn arrived the doctor came and started writing on the prescription.

As i said i am having skin Problem she started writing medicines name ****** ************* *** ******* i was given tthe Prescription. I started explaining my problem and she was just in hurry in writing the prescription. I visited the Skin specialist in order to make sure that i am being treated well as skin disease cannot be resolved without looking at the skin, ** * **** ** ******* ** **** ******* ******** * ***** **** ******* ** **** ***** ****** ************* ****** **** ***** ** *** *******

Inspite of taking appointments and Paying a Hefty Amount as the Consultation fees * ****** **** ******** **** *** ******** *** ** ***** ******** *** ****** ** ** * ****** *******

It was really very disappointing to see that i paid 700₹ (Seven Hundred Rupees Only) for Such 2-3 minutes of Consultation and that too the Doctor didn’t let me made put my point and make her understand the Real Thing.

I was experiencing severe hairfall as well as hair thinning all of a sudden and i absolutely had no clue about what to do and which doctor to choose. I felt so helpless and anxious. On a random evening, I came accross Yesha Super Speciality Clinic (Dr. Bharti Patel) while I was searching for good doctor reviews online. Upon reading the reviews of Dr. Bharti, I thought of visiting her clinic. I met her and she assessed my hair and my scalp very thoroughly. She asked me to get a few nutritional/hormonal tests done to find the cause of it. Posts my test reports, she suggested a few medicines and applications for stopping hair fall and hair regrowth and the hormonal imbalance which was shown as per the report. Also, she suggested to undergo a couple of PRF and Stem Cell sessions for quick results as what I was going through was extremely severe. Just after my 1st session of PRF I noticed the reduction in my hair fall upto 50% and post 1st session of Stem Cell my hairfall was reduced by almost 80%. The results are that quick.

I would highly and strongly recommend Dr. Bharti Patel for anyone with any sort of skin or hair issues. She's a saviour and a wonder woman. Believe me, she does magic with a pretty smile!!

Let me start by saying, I am very critical of doctors in general. But my experience with Yashi Clinic and Dr. Bharti Patel has been a pleasant surprise. I visited the doctor for hair loss treatment as she showed up as the top rated doctor in Thane. I had my reservations, but after having met and interacted with her, I was assured about the numerous positive feedback she had received. She very patiently explained the issue and provided me with all the possible options and explained the course of the results. What I love, is the level of confidence she shows with respect to the results. Only a good and highly-experienced doctor can be this confident.

Now, about the treatment. The treatment sounded painful (especially for me, being phobic to needles). But while being treated, I hardly felt any pain or discomfort. The doctor made sure I was at complete ease of mind and relaxed - which I feel makes her stand out in comparison to many Doctors I have come across. Her support staff is very friendly and courteous too (unlike what I had read in a few feedback comments), but the ones who were a part of my treatment were Kunal and Priti. Kunal is an amazing guy and makes sure you lose track of time while being treated and Priti is very courteous and helpful. Positive result of the treatment seem to be showing already.

If you are facing hair loss issue, you must visit Yashi Clinic, at least once, to see and decide for yourself. Highly recommended by me!

Dear Doc and every reader, I want to put this feedback out of all my satisfaction with the treatment. I have been bothered with Acne, cyst, skin blackening since 2011. And I have undergone every possible treatment, before reaching to Dr. Bhakti Patel.

This Feb'17, through Practo I reached to Dr. Bhakti Patel and today I am out of every trouble. Skin treatments have to be taken very very patiently, I have learnt this fact hard way.Hence after coming to Dr. Patel, I had literally submitted myself to her.
