Dr. Abhijit Wadekar

Dr Abhijeet Wadekar did his M.S and D.N.B in ophthalmology in year 2000 and later on got selected for prestigious Cornea and Anterior Segment Fellowship at L.V.Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad under the guidance of Padmashree Dr G.N.Rao.He is trained in all types of cornea and ant segment disorders and there medical and surgical management which includes micro incision phacoemulcification surgery for cataract and cornea transplant surgeries. Till date he has done 1000 cornea transplant surgeries and more than 10,000 cataract surgeries successfully helping blind patients regain there sight and freedom.He started his practice in the year 2002 and has an experience of 18 years in the medical industry.
