Dr. Abhijit Thakur

My family member was undergoing a treatment at a local hospital in Dombivli and was advised to rush to JUPITER Hospital in Thane after his condition deteriorated severely. Based on advise from few friends we rushed him to Dr. Abhijit Thakur at Mamta Hospital. At the time of admission he was extremely serious with very low bp and kidney shut down with no urine output. The clinical suspicion being a very rare form of abscess around Anus which had spread into abdominal wall. An urgent CT scan proved the diagnosis. After initial stabilisation in ICU he was taken up for emergency surgery at 2am in the night. Dr. Abhijit Thankur even got his best attendants from their home by sending hospital Ambulance in the middle of night to assist him in this emergency surgery. Patient showed immediate response to the timely surgery and started showing improvement within 24 hrs. His urine output increased and was shifted to wards in 3 days and discharged after a week in healthy status. We find the Doctor highly skillfull, humane, patient centric and highly empathetic.

Dr Abhijeet is a wonderful doctor no dout only the hospital charges were above my reach being a retired and senior citizen.

Least punctual guy. No waiting room in hospital. Waiting area was outside hospital.

Booking appointments have no value. Doctor is late by easily an hour .

Staff have no idea regarding the availability or rescheduling appointment.

Experience was quit good... helping and caring staff doctor itself treat me doing my dressing daily..

Explain problem of my stomach in very easy manner. Give only test which was required not like others so many test. And Dr was very friendly in nature...
