I was suffering from severe cervical spondylosis with disc bulging, which caused unbearable neck pain and many sleepless nights. I underwent orthopedic treatment for almost 4 months, but unfortunately the pain was still not under control. Eventually, the orthopedic doctor even suggested disc replacement surgery.

I was suffering a lot from a few health issues like chronic cough and asthma for more than 10 years, IBS for 5+ years, anger and irritability issues, and suicidal thoughts.

I had never tried Ayurveda before because I had the impression that Ayurveda takes a lot of time to show results. But, I was wrong.
I consulted Dr. Aruna, and she did some Ayurveda processes right there at her clinic, promising me that I will find some improvement within 12 hours. She also gave me some medicines and lifestyle changes to follow.
Within 12 hours, my cough had reduced by 40% and my IBS had a slight relief. This gave me some confidence, and I continued my treatment under her.
It has been over a month now.
My cough and asthma are perfectly resolved, and so is my IBS. My anger and irritability are gone and I am in a much better mental space.
