Ms. Aaisha Khan

I never really saw myself as the kind of person that needed "help" or was depressed in any way, as I truly have a wonderful life. However, at the time I had been struggling with a personal issue that in my mind, seemed so large. Ms Aaisha helped me realise that no one has a perfect life and that it's ok to have an issue or two - in fact, she made me look at my seemingly large issue in such a way that I never would have even thought of. She taught me how to push through it and fight back the negative feelings I had been having by replacing them with positive affirmations and feelings of gratitude for the amazing things I already have in my life. Rather than focusing on the few bad things I was going through, I learned to count my many blessings and in turn, my attitude totally changed.

Being an alcoholic at 28 years old is just not right. Dr. Aaisha not only helped me realise this but also helped me address this serious issue. I could not share this with family and friends. I am glad I got great guidnace at Juno Clinic.

Being married and living with a new family can be daunting especially if you have lived on your own. I really struggled to live with my in laws. It also impacted my relationship with my husband. Aaisha really help me understand myself better and help find a way to work the living arrangement with my in-laws. In the last 9 months, we all have lot of improvement and have bonded a lot.

I've been a patient of Ms Aaisha for a year and highly recommend her. She has helped me tremendously. She creates a warm and comfortable environment and am truly grateful to have found her.

Dr Aaisha is very friendly, she really really motivates you and makes you feel confident. After every session I have started seeing life very positively.
