So i had an appointment which was made through Practo Application for Saturday 7th November 2020, at 12 PM. I recieved a Call from clinic at 10 asking me to cancle the Appointment because of Doctor’s Inavailability. Later, i had an appointment for 6pm for the same day. And again at 5pm I recieved a call asking me to come by 6:30pm due to doctor Inavailability.

I there by reached The Clinic “Yesha Super Speciality Clinic” at 6:20 waiting for Doctor. Again there was delay in the Appointment and The doctor was still unavailable at the Moment.

Later, at 7 the Doctor arrived. Inspite being an appointment i was been checked by the doctor very late.

As my turn arrived the doctor came and started writing on the prescription.

As i said i am having skin Problem she started writing medicines name ****** ************* *** ******* i was given tthe Prescription. I started explaining my problem and she was just in hurry in writing the prescription. I visited the Skin specialist in order to make sure that i am being treated well as skin disease cannot be resolved without looking at the skin, ** * **** ** ******* ** **** ******* ******** * ***** **** ******* ** **** ***** ****** ************* ****** **** ***** ** *** *******

Inspite of taking appointments and Paying a Hefty Amount as the Consultation fees * ****** **** ******** **** *** ******** *** ** ***** ******** *** ****** ** ** * ****** *******

It was really very disappointing to see that i paid 700₹ (Seven Hundred Rupees Only) for Such 2-3 minutes of Consultation and that too the Doctor didn’t let me made put my point and make her understand the Real Thing.

I was experiencing severe hairfall as well as hair thinning all of a sudden and i absolutely had no clue about what to do and which doctor to choose. I felt so helpless and anxious. On a random evening, I came accross Yesha Super Speciality Clinic (Dr. Bharti Patel) while I was searching for good doctor reviews online. Upon reading the reviews of Dr. Bharti, I thought of visiting her clinic. I met her and she assessed my hair and my scalp very thoroughly. She asked me to get a few nutritional/hormonal tests done to find the cause of it. Posts my test reports, she suggested a few medicines and applications for stopping hair fall and hair regrowth and the hormonal imbalance which was shown as per the report. Also, she suggested to undergo a couple of PRF and Stem Cell sessions for quick results as what I was going through was extremely severe. Just after my 1st session of PRF I noticed the reduction in my hair fall upto 50% and post 1st session of Stem Cell my hairfall was reduced by almost 80%. The results are that quick.

I would highly and strongly recommend Dr. Bharti Patel for anyone with any sort of skin or hair issues. She's a saviour and a wonder woman. Believe me, she does magic with a pretty smile!!

Very nice clinic, friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere and of course Dr. Bharti Patel is an exceptional, I must say she is not only knowledgeable doctor but also a good human being. She try to understand patients by every possible ways. Doctor is having in depth knowledge about what she is consulting/treating of skin related issues. I would highly recommend to everyone to get consultation from this doctor if you have any kind of skin related issues. I had consulted Dr. Bharti for possible hair transplant surgery and the first question she asked was do want to strengthen your existing hair or want a transplant. not every doctor asks sucha question. Another thing I would like to highlight is friendliness during conversation. I felt more like taking an advice from a close friend. All aspects of the transplant was covered while consultation and made me fell confident to go ahead with the transplant. I am coming soon to visit you for the surgery.

The doctor never shies from explaining what is the exact cause of why my body is reacting in a certain way; so it helps me get cured and understand the specific part of my body that is undergoing treatment.

Another thing I find about the doctor over the period of last three months is that she has ownership. If you are going to be treated for our hair, she will make sure that the head, scalp and overall health is not affected by what she has done.

That is very important as it builds a healthy patient-doctor long-term relationship and makes one feel that they can reach out to her for current and future needs; a trusted doctor is important in the long run, IMHO.

She is very much sorted. She is clear about her diagnosis and treatment procedure. My patient is 93 yrs of age and its really difficult to proceed any treatment and that too in such an advanced Psoriasis. I have consulted and treated with few other doctors and in-fact senior also, but Dr. Bharti is simply awesome. My patient started feeling better from the next day of treatment.

I recommend Dr. Bharti for everyone who is having any skin issues. My personal experience is too good. I would love to give her 100 stars.

Extremely horrible experience!!!! i had visited yesha skin clinic for my daughter's acne treatment she was told to take a peel treatment, prior to the peel application her pimple were extracted which was an extremely painful process her face was completed swollen with wounds on my face, instead of improving her skin she has dark marks on her skin, we are unsure on how much time it will take for her skin to become normal. Requesting never ever to visit this clinic. Very unproffessional behaviour from the clinic and the doctor, booked an appointment for my aged mother and took her all the way to visit the doctor for an skin infection booked with prior appointment and to our surprise the dr was not available and neither the staff was aware where she is. when called by the staff the doctor will be available post 4PM. Then why take the appointment for 1:40 PM?This was not a walkin this is booking done by Practo, do you do this with senior citizens ?Not Recommended at all.

The staff and DR is very rude towards end of the laser treatment

While at start staff I’d very good, later they treat you badly

I have one recent episode to be shared - where I went for face laser and staff kept me waiting for 30-45 mins post which I received a work call while didn’t last 2-3 mins , dr and one staff called Komal came in stating pls hurry up other customer is waiting so then what about the existing customer who was waiting for 30-45 mins

Dr told me - “we have to cancel your appointment” this is how they treat a customer

We were given an appointment for 5PM and were kept waiting for 45 mins for no good reason. The staff members kept on saying 5 mins wherever were asked how much more time. We were surprised when we came to know that 2 appointments were given the same time to consult one doctor. The doctor i think is not even aware what is happening out at the reception area. The man who was sent by the receptionist before us had come in 5 mins after us. An awful experience for A 4.5 rating mentioned. I won't even give 0.
