I have a huge history of mental illness and have been to numerous psychiatrists. I have been ill after 2 major setbacks in life one of which was my Father's sudden demise in 2011 and an exam failure in 1996 which effectively made me a mediocre in life since I had a new friend in the form of mental illness to live with.
I am still very suicidal and believe that death solves many problems.
I went with this state of mind to Dr Swaroop and Agneesha madam.
The positive point was I was never judged or called a m*d person. I have been given a challenging task of getting of benzodiazepines which has been a 14 year addiction for me. And I somehow am slowly feeling confident I would overcome.
Dr Swaroop knows about mental illness quite well and is even reachable on WhatsApp during emergency panic attacks. She has given an amazing medicine regime
I may reduce even my SSRI which I clearly feel is not effective anymore having tried nearly every SSRI in the book.
The main challenge of course would be reinventing myself and increasing the will to live.

Why? Because I was still severely depressed and was in no condition to. She simply said I am not going to treat you, which means there's no prescription of medicine, withdrawals* *** * ******** ******** if she doesn't.
When I asked, would you do that to a patient who was disabled and needed the medicines, she said, yes, if I see fit.
