Visited Dr. Sonam Ramrakhiani (Dermatologist) For Skin Treatment

I do not recommend the doctor

She doesn't keep up with the appointment time

During followup she was busy with photo shoot and keep patients waiting

Doesn't value patients time

She underestimate patients patience and tries to cover up if you give her negative feedback.

Sharing my experience in detail-

Spent Rs. 8K in first visit. And again during 2nd visit she made me wait more than an hr due to Photo shoot for 5mins consultation. When I ask wouldn't she consider to give concession as every visit costed me my time. She said it doesnt work like that and it's UNACCEPTABLE that I am asking her to consider.

Never experienced such treatment from any doctor.

I see in Practo it's 5 rating that's why I wanted to share my story.

Thanks Sujata for sharing your experience. I think it’s for each one to understand that no one makes you wait for fun. However after ensuring that you got ur desired time to have your queries and concerns resolved ends the question of NOT CHARGING you for a follow up(that’s exactly what u we’re requesting). However on denying your request u also threatened my front staff that you will be writing a negative review on our social platforms for the same point . This doesn’t make us any less apologetic of having made you a face a longer than expected wait time but by sharing this we’re glad that more people will know about our core principles that we as an organisation choose to stand for- value for your time should be delivered for each patient at every visit.
