1. Video call at 2 pm was promised by Practo which never took place.

2. Informed the doctor 5 mins b4 the promised video call timing about the patient via chat to which he never responded.

3. Initiated video call by doctor which never happened.

4. Finally chose to call the doctor but he said only one thing that he would first check the patient and then only would be able to diagnose him. He did not even answer a general query instead asked rudely that should he disconnect the call. *** * **** ** **** ** ****** **** ****** * ****** ** *** ** **** ******

Very nice doctor, he checked my child which is 2.5 month old only and explain in detail, and nurses are also helpful

******** ****** * **** *********** ** ** **** ****. I once visited with my mom, but she wasn't able to convey what she actually wanted to say. So, my mother insisted that I should talk to the doctor. However, she very rudely told me not to speak and even asked me to get out of the room. After that, when my mom came outside, she had tears in her eyes, having faced the most horrifying experience with this lady

I am waiting last 5hours but doctor is not available my appoint time to & i am arrived 1/55 pm but no responce i am verry upset

Dr. Madhuri Mankar takes time with each patient, which really helps build a good doctor-patient relationship and makes it easy to explain issues. Everything went well during the visit, though the wait time was a bit long.

I did not get to see Dr. Rajesh Mankar because he was not there at the clinic when I arrived, and the phone attendant did not give a proper response when I called to confirm the appointment.

Doctor and staff both are careles about their patients. They just keep everyone waiting. Will not recommend this hospital to anyone.

Bad experience. very disappointed with behavior of staff and Dr. Dr is always angry and keeps on shouting the staff and patient. the staff is also ignorant and lack awareness. waiting time is more than 3 hours everytime. even for a simple blood test they took one and half hours. the only good thing is fee. very poorly managed hospital. need a lot of improvement, specially waiting.
