This Pandemic affected eating habits and lifestyle of my family and me. Our food habits took a toll on our health post second covid-19 wave. We love food and the time spent together as family members was having food & food. Towards fag end of May 2022 I had visited my gynac for consultation regarding irregular periods where my gynac asked me get my sonography done. I was suprised to see my sonography results i was diagnosed with grade III fatty liver PCOD also my HB1AC levels were in pre diabetic range. Dr Deepak has helped me manage my weight and that to without starving, being foodie, I can’t starve 😊, I was 96 Kgs and was a high time I should see a doctor as internet was not helping me out. She is a good listener as she has taken time and understood my lifestyle, she has suggested plans that I should follow. All the years after my first delivery, I had been struggling to attain "weight loss". I in-fact tried all diets out there but nothing gave me long term results.

I reduced 11 kg weight within 3 months and discovered a new me 😃 . After motherhood I could not focus on my health.
