From our very first consultation, Dr. Sawant impressed us with her calm, reassuring presence and deep understanding of my medical history. This pregnancy came much later in life and with it came added concerns due to my high blood pressure and thyroid issues and with conditions like high blood pressure and thyroid to manage, I was understandably anxious. But she explained every step, every stage of the journey with such clarity and care, it truly made the entire experience feel manageable.

During my last trimesters, Dr started preparing me for the D-day(DeliveryDay) by sharing what to expect and what to do in which cases. This helped avoid panic situations for me n my husband.

Dr Vinaya was the one who helped me deliver my Baby smoothly and ensured me n my Baby were well taken care of while we were in the Hospital. Infact she would check on me n my baby after delivery discharge too.

In October 2018 I suffered from Tibia Fracture, after 4 month from operation plaster got removed, after the plaster got removed i eanble walk properly even there was ankels stiffness and limping as well.

My cousin suggest me the Dr. Kavita ( some time I call her Dr.KK) for physiotherapy.

She treated me around 1 month..

After the completion of physiotherapy session I walk properly there was no limping and no ankel stiffness in my leg, and now I am doing gym as well.

She did amazing treatment, she listen properly about the problems and after that she started the treatment.

I started seeing Dr Kavita from the 15th week of my pregnancy (as soon as the gynaec gave me a go ahead) and I have been taking fitness sessions with her through my pregnancy and postnatal. Through a individualised combination of pilates, resistance exercises and yoga, she helped me build core, upper back, lower back, pelvic and lower body strength and flexibility... all of which helped me a lot to carry my changing body well without any aches and pains (symptoms normally associated with a pregnancy). She also worked with me on labour and delivery breathing and exercises during the last month, all of which prepared me well.
