Auora Ent Hospital & Dental Clinic, Majura Gate

My self, Dr. Ajay Rai, Professor, Department of Physics, SVNIT Surat

I had been struggling with dental problems for about a month, and on top of that, I carried a severe phobia of dental treatment. When I first consulted a nearby dentist, I was advised to get both my wisdom tooth and the adjacent tooth removed, as the latter was damaged due to the wisdom tooth. Unfortunately, that consultation felt very superficial — there was hardly any explanation or clarity, and I wasn’t convinced about simply removing both teeth.

Through my friends, I came to know about Dr. Preeti Shah, Auora Ent Hospital and Dental Clinic and my experience with her was completely different from the very first consultation. She patiently explained everything in ***** detail, took a proper history, educated me about treatment options, and gave me confidence instead of fear.

The most remarkable part was during treatment — after removing the wisdom tooth, instead of extracting the adjacent tooth as suggested earlier, she saved it by performing a procedure called hemisection. **** ** * **** ********* **** ******** **** ****** ******** ****** *** Dr. Preeti Shah carried it out with such precision that I felt completely safe under her care.

Her surgical skills are excellent, but beyond that, what touched me most was her compassion, empathy, and the way she makes you feel at home in her clinic. Even the post-operative care was very detailed and reassuring. Every visit was smooth, painless, and stress-free.

Now I feel I have finally found a family dentist I can trust. I would strongly recommend everyone to consult Dr. Preeti Shah— not only for treatment* *** ** ***** ** *** ****** ********* ***** **** **** ******* She is truly amazing.

Best dental surgeon of Surat, indeed she is!

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Dr. Preeti Shah for my wisdom tooth removal, multiple restorations, and teeth replacement. From the very first consultation, she came across as incredibly compassionate, friendly, and approachable. What truly sets her apart is her genuine empathy and the time she invests in counseling and comforting her patients—you never feel rushed or like just another appointment on her calendar.

*** ***** *** ********* *** ******* ** *** ******** *** painlessly the procedures are performed. I was especially impressed by how comfortable and relaxed she made me feel throughout what could have otherwise been a daunting dental journey.

Despite her expertise, she doesn’t come across as overly “professional” or clinical—in fact, she’s refreshingly homely and warm, which makes all the difference. It feels like being treated by someone who truly cares, not just about your teeth, but about you as a person.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a skilled, kind-hearted, and patient-focused dentist.

It was again the pleasure and satisfaction of treatment my son was diagnosed with tonsillitis and adenoid problem and we consulted with rahul sir.

After endoscopy and other reports He suggested it to operated cause every 15-20 days he was suffering from severe cough, fever and severe omitting.

The route of problem was identified by Rahul sir. Suggested to operated it, as it was and will be prolonged untill and unless not treated/operated.

So we decided to do surgery , and after 5 days post surgery of my son i see an improvement.

Thank you sir for this.

Will keep updating the status post one month operation.
