I’ve just started studying psychology and studying it has made me realise that I have been in severe depression since a very long time which earlier I considered as mood swings or over reaction and ignore it till it every time made me panic and anxious to feel that life isn’t the best to live. Finally after an emotional episode today when I was told by someone that I need help, I gave up showing how brave I can be and had the opportunity to consult him.
