i have been suffering from sleep disorder since long time. i could not even get sleep medicine from pharmacy easily due to ban on them in my state. luckily i consulted this doctor on Practo. he explained how sleep hygiene should be maintained and how it links with biological clock inside. he prescribed me actual harmone which helps in sleep rather than pure sedative drugs. i can get the supplement even from Amazon without any prescription. with this supplement i am slowly getting out of dependency on sleeping pills.thanks a lot doctor for your valuable advice and treatment and may God bless you.

I have been taking treatment from doc for last 2 yrs. Before that i consulted other psychiatrist also. They putted me on heavy dose. and started me on bipolar drugs.Which further deteriorated my health. I stopped following them then I gradually recovered.
