There are points I would like to:

1. The Doctors are Calm and friendly.

2. There's Understanding, Patience and politeness in their talks which makes you feel relaxed.

3. They are quick and Perfect in their work.

4. I have never ever experienced any pain when i did Cleaing of my teeth and putting braces which is a big plus point. (as many hates dentist, but i love this one)

5. MOST IMPORTANTLY.. They don't make the patient panic..In fact they explain softly and positively if there's any problem which makes the patient feel safe, relax and not nervous or scared.
