As a physiotherapist Dr. Manjeet Singh helps patients with physical difficulties resulting from illness, injury, disability or ageing to improve their movement. He devises and reviews treatment programmes using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and electrotherapy. As well as treating patients, he also promotes their health and wellbeing and provides advice on how to avoid injury and self-manage long-term conditions.
