I came to know about Dr Mallikarjun Dambala during corona crisis through WhatsApp. His articles about health habits drew my attention. Being an asthma patient since long and on steroid inhaler, I used viropyrine and ayurlung medicines he suggested. Later I got severed knee pain for which I am taking medicines. The calmness and lot of patience to hear patient’s issues is very positive point about him. His experience in the field of Ayurveda is commendable. My personal experience is that I went with lotta stress and anxiety related to my health issue(IBS) however I came out with great relief. As I was suffering from L5S1 ,coccyx bone and other spine related pain , few of my students forced me to take treatment at Atharva Ayurdhama.
