Dr. Omaima completed her doctorate of Medicine (MD) in internal medicine and successfully obtained her subspecialty fellowship certification after 2 years residency program in Endocrinology. in addition to MRCP, Royal College of Physician, UK, she also obtained the European Board certification in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism from European Endocrine Society, UK.As Dr Omaima has special interest in management of people with Obesity she pursed further qualification and received Obesity management Certification from Melbourne University, AustraliaBefore moving to UAE, she worked in Saudi Arabia as a consultant Endocrinologist and Internal Medicine at king Fahad specialist hospital. In addition to her local experience in other uae hospitalIn addition to her proficiency in medical practice, she has participated in many researches and publication worldwide and she is an active member in International Endocrine Societies.Dr. Omaima has been honoured to be an author for International diabetes federation (IDF) guideline (hyperglycaemia in pregnancy)
