I had scheduled a appointment through Practo on Tuesday, 08th June at 5.15 pm, i reached the clinic at 5.10 pm & found that the clinic was closed , if the clinic was closed & DR was not available then why did Practo schedule my appointment, this was a very disappointing experience from Practo.
