I tried the app with doubt but I m indeed super satisfied with the service and satisfaction that both the app makers and the doctor provided.. Prato team guided me on how to go about with the online consultation and then the doctor called herself to ensure if we can start the call and listened to me politely and suggested me medicines.. Now I m relieved.

Dr M Sangeetha is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of patients health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that incorporates such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with an outstanding quality of medical care. She is a tremendous doctor! She is very understanding and listens to your concerns. She takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues!
