I got to know about my father's bad health and next day I went to Ranchi. When I reached there, I saw my father in a very bad condition. I couldn't gather enough courage to take him to a private hospital, as I heard about many cases of medical negligence in Ranchi, so I took him to ***** a govt hospital. Medicine overdose and sepsis (blood infection) was detected. My Baba had taken excess medicine to reduce his pain. They saved him that day. But doctors and nurses did not pay attention to his health at all, only 1 nurse for all the patients in the ward. We ran from buildings to buildings to approach the doctors to make them understand his severe condition, but they didn't bother. Due to pain and uneasiness, my father pulled the catheter, as a result of which he suffered urethra rupture and lost a lot of blood. My brother tried to approach the doctors for almost 2 hours but nobody bothered. Distressed and depressed, we took him to ORCHID MEDICAL CENTRE RANCHI on 9th of Feb 2020.**** *** **** ** **** **** ***** ****** *** *** **** **** ** **** ********* **** ***** ***** ********* **** **** ******** **** ***** ********** *** ************* **** ***** **** ******** **** *** **** * ************* ****** *** ********** ******* *** ********* *** security guards are extremely rude.
My father's treating doctor was Dr. M. K. bhadani. ** ** *** * ****** ** *** *** *** ** ****** ** ******* ** *** ** ******* ********* *** no care for his patients. Being a treating doctor of many patients, he only gives 20 minutes of his day to his patients in Orchid. 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the evening. 2 minutes for each patient and 20-30 seconds for their families. *** ** *** ************ *** ****** ******* ****** ******** *********** ****** *********** ******************* ** **** ****
Till his last day, Doctor M. K Bhadani was saying that his vitals are normal, he is improving, infection level is reducing but I saw his condition and strongly felt he is not getting better. We never got any clarity, the ICU incharge was so rude that he was not bothering to tell us about Baba's condition. My Baba was irritated because of his pain. Instead of treating him, he was soo angry at my Baba, that started throwing out his anger at us. **** **** *** ***** ***** ********* ***** ******** ******** *** ************ *** *********** On 13th feb, we only approached the urinology doctor, then the doctor realised that he needs a minor surgery. That Dr. was going out of town for two days and the surgery was important as it was increasing the infection, and my dad was not able to empty the bladder. The surgery did not happen that day because the hospital waited for Dr. M. K Bhadani's approval which was received at 9:40pm (when this extremely busy Doctor got time). Next day in the morning, 14th Feb, 2020 we got a call from the hospital that his condition is deteriorating. We rushed to the CCU, and saw him in a very bad condition. 30 minutes before his last breath, when his blood pH level and oxygen saturation was going outside normal threshold, the CCU doctor realized that he needs ventilator. We got sacred, we did not want him to go through more pain, my brother spoke to M. K Bhadani and told him about his vitals and M. K bhadani said ventilator is not required, but ICU incharge strongly disagreed. Having faith on the treating doctor, we left the ICU and just after 30 minutes we were called again. He was dying and at that moment the ICU incharge blamed us for not putting him on ventilator, said M. K. bhadani ******* **** ******** ** he is not available anytime.
