Well dr barnwal is a reknown psychologist in ranchi and might have helped many to recover but the story is not the same to me.
my relative was suffering with anxiety and dipression and was getting treatment at mumbai with slow recovery
when she was in ranchi itook her to dr barnwal for 2nd opinion.The doctor examined,took eeg and told that it is a simple mood swing issue.He prescribed 4 to 5 medicines .he asked to report after 10days.**** *** ********* ******** *** ** ******* *** ********* *** *** *** *** ******* ******** ***** **** **** *** ** *********
I again took her to the dr where dr sab made some modification in medicine and told that it will last for few days .
*** ** ******** ********* *** *** *** ******* ****** ** ****I again approached the dr who said all this is not due to the medicines ,he advised for CT SCAN to diagnose.

I am just giving my honest feedback what our family members felt with this doctor. You may check it yourself.
*** ***** ** *** * **** ****** *** I will not recommened this doctor to anyone.
First of all, His consultation fee is not 1000/-, but the Total fee is 1000+2570 = 3570/- on Minimum side.
Consultation fee - 1000/- (Hi gives you less than 5 min. *** ******* ******* **** *** ********* he will ask for further tests INSIDE HIS CLINIC) like
EEG - 1200/-
EEG Related medicines - 400
Psychologist - 400
T3,T4,TSH - 570/- (He really becomes angry if you get the test done outside of his clinic in any other lab)
They may ask you few more tests inside his clinic as per their requirement.
At this point, we should realise that we are going for Psychiatrist where patient is facing different kinds of behaviourial issue.
Why Psychologist get involved here when patient is coming for Psychiatrist ??
Even so doctor should have politely asked if the patient is ready for other tests and counselling sessions. Here it looks like Doctor is giving order to the patient to get other tests and counselling done before he checks you further.****** ****** **** *** **** ******* ** *** ******** he uses irrtating words in front of you. Even when we were coming out of his cabin (After paying huge fee) ** *** ******* ** *** ********* ****** ***** ***** ***** ** ** **** **** **** ******* ** **** ***** ***** ******* ****** He was angry because we asked if we can do blood tests outside of his clinic. He persistently asked compunder to take my blood samples. This made us so upset that we simply came out of the clinic without buying any medicine from his clinic.
Simply because there was no trust on the doctor due to his impatient/irritating behaviour.
